Return and Refund Policy
At Waggy Woofs, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We aim to ensure that you and your furry friend are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you aren't entirely happy, we've set out our return and refund policy below.
1. Return Policy
You may return any unopened and unused product within 30 days of your purchase. Items must be returned in the original packaging and condition - unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of the following items:
- Products marked as "Final Sale"
- Personalized or customized products
- Opened food or treats
- Products damaged through normal wear and tear
2. Refund Policy
Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we've received your item and are processing your request. We'll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved.
If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within two weeks. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.
3. Exchanges
We understand the importance of getting the perfect fit for your pup, so we offer free size exchanges with free shipping on your first order only.
Here’s how it works for first-time size exchanges:
- Email us at hello@waggywoofs.ca with your order number and the size you'd like to exchange for.
- We’ll provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to send back the original item.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll ship the new size at no additional cost.
4. Exchanges for Non-First Orders or Additional Size Exchanges
For exchanges on orders that are not your first order or if you request additional size exchanges beyond the first, the following policy applies:
- Customers are responsible for both the return shipping cost and the cost of shipping the new item.
- To initiate this process, please email us at hello@waggywoofs.ca with your order number and desired exchange details.
5. Return Shipping
For standard returns (non-size exchanges), customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if applicable. For items valued over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please email us at hello@waggywoofs.ca. Include your order number and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
